Animal Therapy Sessions
Animal Therapy is based on the belief that domesticated animals, especially dogs, embody unconditional love and are highly sensitive to the energies around them. When an animal feels completely safe and trusts its owner, it becomes receptive to healing energies.
My approach focuses on working through the owner, as they serve as a vital bridge to channel and amplify this energy. By strengthening the bond between owner and pet, I create an environment that supports emotional and physical healing.
This process helps address a range of needs, from easing anxiety and discomfort to fostering a sense of calm and balance. In doing so, it not only benefits the animal’s well-being but also deepens the loving connection between the two, enriching their relationship and enhancing mutual trust.
Sound Healings Sessions
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, healing, and balance within the body.
By incorporating tools like tuning forks, gongs, or singing bowls, the vibrations help to activate and align the body’s energy centres, known as Chakras.
This process encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and can enhance emotional and physical well-being. Sound healing is often used in holistic practices to support overall mental and physical harmony. The gentle vibrations from sound healing can ease physical discomfort, promote mental clarity, and support emotional well-being.

Spinal Flow Technique
As a certified Spinal Flow Technique practitioner I learned how the Spinal Flow Technique is designed to clear blockages along the spine, allowing energy to flow freely from the brain to the tailbone.
This unimpeded flow is essential for overall well-being, impacting both physical and emotional health.
While many seek to alleviate physical discomfort, such as hip or joint pain, this technique also addresses deeper aspects, restoring mental clarity and emotional balance.
By continuously working on blocked areas, the body gradually returns to its natural state—clear-headed, emotionally stable, and physically capable.
Over time, as the flow improves, conditions like arthritis and other physical ailments can diminish, enhancing your overall vitality.
Tania offers a dynamic and holistic meditation practice rooted in her background as a yoga teacher trained in the Pranakriya lineage. Her approach emphasizes postural alignment, particularly maintaining a long and strong spine, while incorporating a variety of breathing techniques such as yoga breath, Ujjayi, and alternate nostril breathing.
By focusing on both breath and alignment, she helps practitioners engage their body and mind, leading to deep relaxation and stillness.
Her meditation sessions include guided breathing into the chakras, beginning at the base of the spine and progressing upwards, which not only calms the mind but also strengthens the core muscles, oxygenates the blood, and creates a gentle internal massage of the organs. This method encourages full-body awareness, making it an active and hands-on form of meditation that results in a balanced emotional state and physical well-being.
